An aparthotel that lives up to its reputation, with an affordable price for everyone, including families. Don't be too fussy about the noise level during the summer months; it is, after all, a family-friendly residence. Beautiful, well-equipped apartments.
I will be back very soon; thank you for your hospitality.

The welcome and staff were perfect. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the parking fee, which was far too high for the time of year; fortunately, the nearby parking lot was free (after September 30th).

Nous sommes ravis que notre équipe ait su vous offrir un accueil chaleureux et que votre appartement ait répondu à vos attentes en termes de propreté et d'équipement.

Cependant, nous prenons note de votre remarque concernant les tarifs saisonniers. Ces derniers sont révisés régulièrement en fonction de la demande touristique locale.

Pour finir, nous tenons à souligner que notre résidence renouvelle actuellement l'ensemble de sa literie pour encore plus de confort, comme indiqué dans nos informations récentes.

Apartment 101, Le Tamarit, where we stayed, was in a deplorable and unsanitary state:

Mold on the walls, especially in the bathroom, to the point that I couldn't bathe my son,
Cracks in the walls and stains everywhere,
Exposed electrical wires in the living room and exposed cables in the bathroom,
Tiles broken in several places,
Catastrophic overall cleanliness throughout the entire apartment.

We chose this hotel primarily for the pool, but we couldn't use it:

The coping stones were broken,
The footbath was empty and full of trash (hair, hair ties, etc.),
The place offered no safety measures.

Furthermore, the soundproofing is nonexistent: the neighbors made an enormous amount of noise every night (music, shouting, yelling, and even a Halloween-themed game in the hallways—he was having fun scaring himself and screaming).

Unfortunately, there wasn't much we could do since there was no one at reception at that hour.

In addition to this, there was constant noise:

The building's front door slammed continuously,
We could hear everything that was happening in the hallway,
Because the walls were extremely thin, we could even hear the neighbors' private conversations,
Being on the ground floor, these constant noises continually woke our baby.

Having a young child, we had extremely difficult nights and never felt safe in the residence.

The complete lack of soundproofing and comfort made our stay exhausting and distressing.

I find it unacceptable and shameful to rent accommodation in such a state.

The only positive point we found was the location, as it's close to the city center and PortAventura.

Huge disappointment!
The apartment is in terrible condition.
Poorly maintained, aging, with warped floors in places and very poor soundproofing. Say your prayers if you're in the same building as partygoers… I reported the apartment's condition to reception, but no solution was offered. My last visit to this residence five years ago was much better.
