Besonders freut uns, dass Sie unsere freundliche Servicebereitschaft und die zuverlässige WLAN-Verbindung schätzen konnten. Diese Aspekte liegen uns sehr am Herzen, um Ihren Komfort zu gewährleisten.

Dennoch bedauern wir, dass die Parkmöglichkeiten nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprachen. Gerne weisen wir Gäste auf alternative Optionen in der Umgebung hin – unser Rezeptionsteam hilft hier stets weiter.

Abschließend hoffen wir, Sie konnten die kurzen Wege zum Strand und die entspannte Atmosphäre unseres Hauses voll auskosten. Diese Kombination aus Lage und Service macht für viele Gäste den Wiedererkennungswert aus.

Very bad hotel. I have traveled a lot and stayed in different hotels but this was the worst of them all. Even a 4* hotel in Egypt was better than this.
1. The rooms smell of sewage.
2. The beds are separate, i.e. there is no bouble bed.
3. Drinks at dinner are paid and are not included in the price of dinner, including water.
4. The walls of the rooms are so thin that you can hear everything in the corridors and in the next rooms. You can literally hear people's conversations and it is not very nice in the middle of the night when the next door neighbors come from a party. What is happening outside can also be heard in the room.
5. There are no duvet covers on the blankets.
6. The dinner is bad.
7. There is nowhere to park. You can't even park further away from the hotel because all the streets are full of cars.
8. Check-out is 10:00, not 12:00.
9. There is no drinking water in the rooms.
10. The hotel staff does not speak English.
11. The shuttle bus does not reach the hotel and drops you off somewhere further away in the middle of the street.
12. The pool is over 2m deep. Why? It is dangerous for both children and adults.
13. The pool water is cold.
14. The vendors on the streets warned about thieves.

2. Beach nearby

First time in Spain and this hotel ruined my entire experience of Spain.
Please change your stars to reflect the quality, then people will know what they are buying.

Ideally located hotel in the heart of Lloret de Mar. Clean room but problem with leaking air conditioning, problem reported to reception but not resolved. Meals are buffet-style for breakfast and dinner. Very varied and generous buffet in the morning, the evening buffet leaves something to be desired, some food was tasteless or overcooked. For me, it was a pleasant stay despite everything.

Notre équipe technique reste disponible 24h/24 pour toute intervention, et notre chef réajuste constamment les propositions du buffet du soir tout en conservant sa variété matinale appréciée.

Néanmoins, notre emplacement privilégié au cœur de Lloret de Mar reste un atout majeur pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour.

I was on a trip with friends.
The room is large, the bathroom spacious. A small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Clean and organized. Friendly and smiling staff. Very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. I recommend it.
