The residence is pleasant but needs a complete renovation. The beach is about a 15-minute drive away (a shuttle service is available near the residence).

Quiet location, the lake is a 2-minute walk away, the golf course is nearby, and the ocean is a 10-minute drive. The only thing missing is air conditioning in the apartments.

A very quiet residence nestled among pine trees, serenaded by cicadas. The pool was lovely. The free, trust-based board game lending system was a nice touch. The 6-person apartment was spacious enough for the four of us. The terrace was beautiful and well-protected. We had a wonderful stay. A car is recommended for reaching the nearest shops and the beach in Biscarrosse. The lake is a 10-minute walk away, and AquaPark is a 35-minute walk.

A very nice residence, the apartments are well-equipped, and the facilities are clean. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this residence is perfect.
