We would definitely return.
The apartments are in perfect condition, very well-maintained and clean.
The location is fantastic, a very quiet area. Parking is easy if you're driving, and public transport is nearby if you need it. 100% recommended.

Resulta muy gratificante conocer por sus comentarios que hemos podido satisfacer sus expectativas y que ha disfrutado de estos días a nuestro lado.

Nos alegra enormemente saber que disfrutó tanto de su estancia con nosotros y que todo estuvo a su gusto.

Nuestro equipo se esfuerza para que los apartamentos siempre estén impecables y bien cuidados. Nos alegra que haya percibido este esfuerzo.

Asimismo, es un placer ver que la ubicación tranquila y el cómodo acceso tanto en coche como en transporte público contribuyeron positivamente a su experiencia. Nuestro barrio es ideal para ofrecer relax y comodidad al visitante.

Very welcoming, renovated apartments, equipped with everything you need in the kitchen (dishes, pans, and pots in excellent condition). Very quiet apartments. The staff is very friendly. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon.

Excellent location. The residence is very nice. The staff are particularly pleasant, especially the night porter and the lifeguard. This is our second stay and we will be back.

Very disappointing welcome on arrival, but excellent service on departure.

We arrived after several hours of driving, very tired and accompanied by our three children. We simply had a question about parking: we wanted to know if the €28 charge covered both days of our stay or if it was €28 per day.

We were greeted by Laura. Unfortunately, her attitude deeply disappointed us. She quickly became agitated, raised her voice, and even snatched the voucher from my hands while I was simply trying to explain our question. I consider this behavior completely unacceptable and disrespectful to customers.

Furthermore, Laura spoke Spanish, but we encountered significant difficulties communicating with her, both in English and French. In a tourist establishment catering to an international clientele, it would be desirable for the reception staff to be able to communicate easily with guests in order to avoid misunderstandings and tense situations.

We weren't asking for anything in particular, just information about the parking rate. With a little patience, calm, and courtesy, this situation could have been resolved in seconds.

After several hours of driving with three children, we would have simply appreciated a professional, calm, and respectful welcome. Unfortunately, this initial experience considerably marred our arrival at the hotel.

However, we would like to emphasize that Rachid, the receptionist who assisted us upon our departure, truly raised the bar. His welcome, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor allowed us to end our stay with a much better impression. We particularly appreciated his communication style and his commitment to service.

We sincerely hope that management will take our feedback regarding the welcome upon arrival seriously, while acknowledging Rachid's professionalism, which greatly contributed to improving our departure experience.

I find it regrettable that your response implies my review is false. I stand by everything I wrote.

Regarding the parking: my question was about the price, not the possibility of free street parking. There was clearly a misunderstanding in our exchange—but that doesn't justify presenting my account as false.

I have no interest in fabricating a situation. My opinion simply reflects my experience. Everyone can form their own opinion by reading both sides of the story.

Toutefois, nous souhaitons apporter notre version au témoignage que vous avez publié.
Les allégations avancées concernant le comportement de notre réceptionniste sont totalement fausses. Laura a fait preuve de courtoisie et a tenté de vous expliquer que vous pouviez garer votre véhicule dans la rue gratuitement, chose qu'a parfaitement comprise votre compagne.

Nous regrettons que cet incident ait entaché votre perception de notre établissement et soyez assuré que notre équipe met un point d'honneur à offrir un service attentionné et bienveillant à chacun de nos hôtes.
