Perfect location and view.

Aging residence, mold in the rooms, no hot water one evening + night, no restaurant, no one at reception after 7:30 p.m. Zero maintenance of the indoor pool. Outdoor pool is okay. The rooms are too small for four people, two people sleep on a completely worn-out sofa.

I usually don't leave many reviews on Google, but this one is really realistic. The residence is way too expensive for the services offered.

I've already been disappointed by Pierre et Vacances in Fort Mahon.

It was the last time; at that price, there are incredible Air B&Bs.

We had a pleasant stay:
- Beautiful residence located on the shores of the Bay of Somme
- Well-maintained residence
- Welcoming and efficient staff
- Quiet residence
No charging stations are available in the residence's parking lots for tenants who own electric cars.

We had a lovely week in this residence which is well located for exploring the Baie de Somme. Overall it is good value for money. Direct view of the sea (absolutely magnificent sunset) pleasant and comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. The possibility of ordering fresh bread for the next morning is a little extra. We appreciated the ecological awareness that is done in the apartments. Having an additional charge for renting a parking space is a bit average but whatever. If this could be clearly recommended when booking online it would be good. The only real downside of the residence is the two unheated swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). If the residence were in the south of France I could understand, but honestly in Picardy?? The sea was almost warmer, that's saying something. We were there for a week without much sun or heat. So we took very little advantage of the swimming pools. It's a shame.

I recommend this Premium Residence.

The sea view is superb and the location is ideal.
We came with a dog, who received a welcome bag with a blanket and other accessories for our four-legged friends.
The welcome was exemplary, and the daily staff is discreet, attentive, and active.
The indoor and outdoor pools are a plus in the Bay of Somme.

The residence is very well located, especially when renting a parking space; it's really impossible to park in Le Crotoy. The apartment is fully equipped, and the welcome is friendly. The pools are designed for children. A very pleasant stay.
