Very well located and quiet while being close to old Colmar on foot. The balcony for aperitifs was great.

We had a good time, the structure is in a good position, you can reach the center of Colmar in less than 10 minutes on foot. Having an indoor swimming pool included in the price of the stay is nice, also convenient to have a covered parking even if paid.

Great stay in this residence in the center of Colmar; quiet, clean, functional, pleasant staff and very beautiful region.

We had a lovely stay.
Unfortunately, the location marker is incorrect, which is why we drove past the first time. You have to park on the street (except on Sundays, where parking is subject to a fee) and walk to the reception, which also gives you access to the parking garage. This costs €10 per day; we didn't see any free parking spaces nearby.
The room was very clean, the kitchenette was equipped with cooking utensils, and a tea towel, as well as dish soap and dishwasher tablets, were also provided. Unfortunately, there was no oven, but there was a refrigerator, toaster, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle.
Air conditioning was also available, but we didn't use it.
You have to make the beds yourself; the accommodation will do this for an additional charge. We had requested a second duvet, as there was only one 2x2m one for the double bed in the room, and we received it that same evening.
The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

The pool was also very clean and pleasantly heated.

The accommodation is in a good location, about 10 minutes from the center of Colmar.
