If you want a vacation worthy of the name, don't go there. The bedding is mediocre, we sleep very poorly, and it is dirty, dusty, I am in constant stress of discovering cockroaches or bedbugs (and it would be better not for them) The sofas, the cushions, as well as the curtains deserve a good cleaning.
The common areas are also dirty, the broom is passed but it is never scrubbed. 1 elevator out of 2 is broken so it's a hassle to get 1, it stinks, the swimming pool is dirty
It's poorly soundproofed, the rooms overlook the corridor with a window, so no possibility of ventilation otherwise everyone sees you, really small accommodation, In front of the residence it's disgusting, corpses of beer, food, cockroach in short… You are a hotel service not a colony, it might be time to hire enough people to take care of the residence or stop ripping people off. People pay to at least feel clean and safe, but that's not the case.
The only positive point was the welcome which was friendly and we got the room straight away.

The worst residence of my last 5 years it is excruciable its stinks in the apartments it is very very hot worst night of my life in the piss elevator you think you are in the city is the swimming pool where people bathe in t- shirt and shorts and there are even some who swim naked
