Cannes glassware beautiful stay. Decent room with sea view...and the sea is really nearby...view of the swimming pool...magnificent with small terrace. Well appointed and clean apartment

One week stay in a renovated studio with sea view. Very significant noise pollution because it is on the side of the road with the train passing right under the windows and the noise of people in the street until the early morning. At the end of the 2nd day we started to find cockroaches in the accommodation which was unacceptable given the price!!! We were changed accommodation, this one was less noisy and without cockroaches except on the morning of our departure when we found one. The swimming pools are very good, the reception staff also. A stone's throw from the beach with free shuttles in high season. It’s a shame that the residence is so poorly maintained.

Résidence pierre et vacances Cannes la bocca: Apartment 530 to flee immediately so where do I start? The microwave is disgusting! There were 3 of us and only one roll of toilet paper was given! The terrace not clean at all! The TV doesn't work! There are electrical outlets that are not even closed, cables lying around, very dangerous for families, the curtains do not hold, they are dirty! The duvets are not clean at all, we had to wipe the dishes with the toilet paper roll! The mop stinks, no cleaning is carried out at this level, the bed slats there are 2 out of 4, the fridge seals are not clean at all! The very wobbly table! And on top of that I couldn't shower in this heat, it's unacceptable! When I ask the owner for towels he gives me an additional €40 which we are supposed to reserve in advance 48 hours knowing that I took the apartment the same day I am asked to bring me some I will not pay a supplement for this he refused knowing that the apartment is in a lamentable state the safety standards with regard to electricity are not respected at all! I rented an apartment and I slept badly and in addition to that I was not able to wash myself, I intend to report this situation to the consumer service! I am attaching the photos to you, I hope that the owner will be held accountable I don't intend to let him go I paid 160€ for not showering and sleeping poorly I am waiting for a return from you!!
