We stayed for a week as a family and we loved it!
As regular Pierre & Vacances guests, we have to say we were blown away by the cleanliness. The apartments are renovated and the staff is fantastic! Always attentive and there to meet our needs!

Let's start with the positives.
The setting is beautiful, the location is magnificent, and the proximity to the sea is fantastic. The village of Courseulles is also very pleasant, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The club's swimming pool is excellent, and the grounds are lovely, especially for cycling.

We also appreciated the staff, who were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. However, the negatives are numerous and far outweigh our experience. The cleanliness of the accommodation was, for us, a complete disaster. Upon arrival, we practically had to clean everything again. The floor was covered in splashes, and we had to mop it several times. There were cobwebs... and so on.
The toilet was heavily scaled, and the tap aerators were completely clogged with limescale.
The duvets were stained. I have photos—it's a disgrace!
For us, the cleanliness of the bedding should have been impeccable. The vacuum cleaner barely worked, the dishwasher filter was completely clogged, and the cupboard handles were dirty. The refrigerator and microwave weren't clean either.

The shower smelled strongly of mildew. Some of the bathroom tiles were also broken in several places. This gives an overall impression of neglect.
The patio tiles are stained, and, most importantly, there were no deck chairs or parasols. When it's very hot and the sun is beating down on the patio, it's simply impossible to stay there.
As for dishes and equipment, we found the bare minimum, not even a peeler.
Soundproofing is also a real problem. We were woken up several times by our upstairs neighbors, especially very early in the morning. You don't go on vacation to be woken up at 7 a.m. by the noise of people running or moving chairs, and then on the last night, a new neighbor until 2 a.m. – what a racket! This residence is anything but quiet!

Regarding the view, the photos are indeed very nice, but depending on the apartment's location, the reality can be very different, especially for the apartments on the lower floors. With terraces that are practically touching, you can hear everything your neighbor says, and you have to make phone calls inside! You're practically eating with your neighbors!

Finally, given the heat waves we're experiencing now, it might be time to consider installing air conditioning in the apartments. Without it, some units can quickly become unbearably hot.

These problems seem to keep recurring. What surprises me most is finding the same comments year after year.

So I sincerely wonder: are there actually managers who read the comments and take into account customer requests and remarks? Cleanliness is essential!

I also find it regrettable that some people seem to accept situations that I personally consider unacceptable.

Another recurring problem is parking. The lack of assigned spaces allows some vacationers to occupy two or even three, further complicating parking. Several of us had to drive around looking for a spot; it's ridiculous! Better parking organization, with clearly marked spaces, is truly necessary.
For our part, despite the qualities of the site and its surroundings, we won't be returning. Next year, they're building a swimming pool, and we'll stay home!

We may be tourists, but the industrial bread sold there is not good at all.
Consultation: 1 star for cleanliness because for us, that was the essential point, as well as the peace and quiet!

The room was adequate, although a bit dusty, but the location made up for it. The biggest drawback, in my opinion, was the towels; they were very small and barely absorbed any water.
