Nice apartment with swimming pool, very pleasant staff, too bad some people take over sunbathing by leaving their towels there all day.

We have been there for a week and the stay has been quite uncomfortable. We took an apartment for 4 (we were 2 adults and 2 small children).
The apartment was tiny, and in the photos it looks big, which is misleading.
Hardly a closet for clothes, except for a narrow closet that is the same as the broom closet, without any shelves and only 2 hanging bars, one of which is unreachable if you are 1.65 meters tall.
It does not have a mop, which I consider essential in an apartment that does not include daily cleaning. The shower leaked water in spurts and since it didn't have a mop we had to use towels (which came just enough for the 4 of us).
Special mention is made of the toilet room, which since we entered the apartment on the first day smelled of urine that was unbearable. We notified the reception and they sent someone to clean, but the smell was still there, as if it were impregnated into the walls.
The kitchen is sufficiently equipped, but without space for a pantry.
The price seemed quite high for what the apartment offered us.
As positive aspects: the reception has been pleasant at all times, the surroundings are very nice and the pool is quite good.

Very nice residence, well equipped, suitable for children. Quiet area, 15-20 minutes walk from Ciboure beach, 10 minutes walk from bakeries and shops. The staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding. Our apartment was a bit small for 4 but had everything needed for a holiday stay.
