Perfect both in terms of location (a car is still necessary) and the comfort of the residence, which is pedestrianized, therefore quiet and safe for children.

Family stay this summer. Mixed feelings, for several reasons.

The room overlooked the stairs leading to the parking lot: we had no view, which was disappointing for such a well-located residence. The apartment also seemed outdated, with old-fashioned furniture and appliances that could use a renovation. Finally, we experienced significant noise disturbances: we could hear noise from our neighbors until 1:00 AM; the soundproofing between apartments seemed inadequate.

One point I'd like to share, without blaming the establishment: before arrival, I received a text message presented as related to my reservation, with a link to download a PDF of the access code. This link led to a website requesting a €0 payment, after which I was charged €49. I couldn't determine the exact origin of this message. As a precaution, I advise future vacationers never to enter their bank details to obtain their arrival information, even for a €0 charge, and to call the residence directly if they have any doubts.

The real highlight is the location: Ciboure and Saint-Jean-de-Luz are magnificent, and you can fully enjoy the region. However, we were not convinced by the accommodation's value for money.

The room with the bunk bed is too small for teenagers; it's a shame there isn't enough storage space for each person.

In the apartment for 5 people, only the parents' bedroom has a wardrobe, and even that is limited due to insufficient shelving.

Excellent residence, perfectly integrated into the local landscape. The staff is very welcoming, and the apartments are clean, comfortable, and functional.

One small drawback: the address listed on Google Maps is incorrect. We drove around in circles several times before finding the entrance to the residence.

However, the real downside is the lack of air conditioning, or at least a fan. With the intense heat in the south during the summer, we had to sleep with the window open, which was a bit of a nuisance.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, clean, convenient, and quiet, surrounded by greenery and featuring a lovely pool with sun loungers.
Exceptional location: you can reach the center of Saint Jeant de Luz on foot or by bus, which stops right in front of the residence.
Strategic location for quick access to other coastal attractions such as Biarritz, Sant Sebastián, etc.
Very friendly and efficient reception staff.
Highly recommended!
