Perfect for enjoying Biarritz

A very good experience for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers).
Air conditioning and a proper mattress on the sofa bed were real pluses.

The downsides: - We arrived at the residence earlier than expected. We were given to understand that the accommodation could be prepared as a priority so we wouldn't have to wait until 5:00 PM. We weren't eligible for early arrivals.
In the end, the reception staff, who had promised to inform us of the accommodation's availability, forgot about us. At 4:45 PM, when I asked if the accommodation was available, the receptionist gave us the keys without any further explanation.

- The breakfast price was too high for a family of four, but worthwhile for those who want it.

I had never stayed at a Pierre & Vacantes residence before.
The experience was very good. Parking was good (be careful, spaces are separated by partitions, be careful with large cars).
The apartment was very nice. Clean, with a welcome kit of cleaning products, so you don't have to buy anything.
The fridge is a domestic size.
And the beach is nearby, a 5-6 minute walk.

Everything is fine, one star deducted for the restaurant recommendations.
