We asked to change properties due to this problem and had no problems.

Beautiful accommodation, very spacious (8-person apartment, 2 bedrooms + sleeping area) and plenty of storage, well-equipped, perfect for a family! Very quiet and cool.
Small downside: the adult mattress and the comfort of the sofas.
The view is magnificent, and the balconies in each bedroom + living room are great ??
