We stayed at the Callisto, one of the residences belonging to the Constellations group. It's very well located in relation to the resort. Very few services are offered; the swimming pool is on Bellecote but very quickly accessible via the gondola lift (in 6 minutes max).

The bedding needs improvement! After 15 days, all you want is to get back to your own bed.

The reception team was very friendly and professional, the residence was quiet, and the view of the Alps was exceptional.

Upon arrival, the staff gave us the wrong code for the door and the wrong parking gate number! I had to go back to reception twice.
They had the nerve to tell me that since it's the beginning of the season, mistakes are almost to be expected. Really?

Themis is magnificently located. I know Belle Plagne well. It's the best location. But the residence is getting old. The window frames in particular. But it's passable.
I was also disappointed with the amenities: a small knife was broken, a can opener was broken. Who are they kidding?
