I have mixed feelings about my stay. The place seemed promising, but turned out to be disappointing.

The accommodation is clean, the setting pleasant, close to the beach, and you can quickly identify many possible activities. However, the organization leaves something to be desired. To participate in an activity, you have to go to several locations, then call a number and wait for someone to arrive... It's a waste of time, especially since the activity schedules are not convenient. It's unfortunate to have to rush during the holidays to take advantage of activities before closing time. I find that they close too early and are available for much too short time slots for a vacation spot.

Finally, regarding the accommodation, the furniture layout could be improved, as it is very large, especially in the living room/lounge and the master bedroom, which reduces the available space. The terrace overlooking the lake was very pleasant for enjoying the sun in peace.

It should be noted that the shops are a bit far away if you need to do some shopping on site.

The perfect place for a vacation or weekend with family or friends. The village is relaxing with its lake and wooded paths. You can enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides (rentals). Tennis, aqua park... everything is available for adults and children alike. On-site restaurant, small shops, and a seminar room. The colorful houses are beautiful and give an English cottage style. They are well-equipped and clean. I highly recommend it for relaxation, magnificent scenery, and, above all, a complete change of scenery.

Comfortable bedding

4-day stay for the first time. Apartment upstairs instead of the ground floor, above the restaurant, a lot of noise during the first 2 days, partygoers in disguise the next day a group of 30 young people who were shouting. We wanted a quiet place in the off-season, too bad, yet there are a lot of free accommodations, reception needs to be reviewed, incapable of settling disputes and satisfying the customer, does not feel responsible. We will not stay in this residence again, too bad the place is superb and suits us.

A wonderful discovery of the region. The Belle Dune Residence is pleasant, and our accommodation was clean but very poorly soundproofed. Our problem was one night when our neighbors had a party from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. A birthday party with games and alcohol at the end of a seminar. The reception and staff are indifferent, even agreeing with them. Too bad!!!
Aside from that, our stay went well.
