A very beautiful place. We've gone two years in a row. The pool and the sea are nearby. The residence is lovely and quiet. We love walking to Quend Plage in the evening to enjoy a delicious ice cream ?. One thing to improve: a child safety gate should be added at the bottom of the stairs. In the toilet, the control box for the flush kept popping out of the wall. And in the fridge, if you turned the temperature all the way up, it made a loud noise, like an airplane ?

I highly recommend the Belle Dune village.
Everything was perfect.
Except for the neighbors; having the Tuche family next to your cottage is hell ?
Another major drawback is that even in the beach house area, there's no direct access to the beach ?
Also, the public bike path runs right past the park ?

Great resort with an amazing water park, lakes, restaurant, and breakfast buffet. The only thing missing was air conditioning in the rooms, but we didn't need it.
And it's not too far from the beach.

It's a shame that it wasn't mentioned on the website or during the booking process that the outdoor pool is closed until July 1st…
No TV channels were available – “no signal” – despite several requests for assistance…
There was no fan inside the accommodation, and reception wouldn't lend one, which was regrettable given the intense heat we've had these past few days…
Not to mention the escape game we had to play using the light switches in the room to find a power outlet or a light… Quite disappointed with this stay despite the very pleasant surroundings.
