We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful facilities including a superb swimming pool, buildings in nature that don't feel like they're on top of each other. Great board game rental at reception, and great staff who are very friendly and courteous. Very good value for money

A Pierre et Vacances center different from those we have stayed in previously. Quiet, very quiet, with a swimming pool, it is clean. Ideally located between Hendaye and Saint Jean de Luz. No entertainment or restaurants. Apartment with a small bedroom.

I booked based on recent customer reviews, but my experience was catastrophic.
From the moment I arrived, the welcome was unpleasant and contemptuous. I reported that our room smelled strongly of damp and mold: the response was that there was nothing they could do because the residence was full and that "all the seaside apartments have damp," adding that "you should read the reviews and change your destination"... Unacceptable!

No solution was offered, no consideration for the guests.
In addition, the insulation is non-existent, and the busy road makes the accommodation noisy and unrefreshing.
Very disappointed with Pierre & Vacances, I totally advise against this residence.
