«Logistical nightmare and they blame you»
No reception at night - they left us the wrong room key and made us switch rooms 2 days later citing it was our fault. No compensation offered, no one from management bothered to talk to us. don't go near

Dear Climber26577966785 We take good note of your comment , our reception is open 24H on Fridays and Saturdays , for late arrivales during the week the keys are left in our safety box in an envelopp with your name on it We have 2 receptions on Avoriaz that are opened 24h they can be contacted to give you assistance in case of the problem as our security service can come to help you , we are sorry to read that it was not the case . We hope to welcome you again in Avoriaz
«Quick snowboarding weekend»
Great location and newly refurbished rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size for a family but would have been tight with 5 adults. The free car park pickup and drop off service was a great touch.
«Would not book with Pierre & Vacances again»
Bad customer service on arrival and after our stay when we realised we had left our childs comfort toy - still no call back, or response to my emails. Reservations took money for three rooms when i only booked two and its been almost a month and i still havent received the money back - no one responds to my emails and its hard to speak to anyone on the various numbers you get given and then passed onto someone else. Absolutely shocking. The holiday in Avoriaz itself was amazing, I would highly recommend the area - but not Pierre and Vacances.

«Avoriaz is fantastic»
Very good ski in/out - very nice areal/ natur - good skilifts and skiroads many restaurant and Bar. ok price very long busride to get from airport to Avoriaz Godd skiroom and nice hotel but apparment are very small
«Great ski in ski out accommodation»
Great stay and loved location. Easy to get to slopes and restaurants etc. Only downside was small uncomfortable single beds but overall of a better standard than most ski accommodation. Would recommend
