Quiet and pleasant residence. Beautiful location of the apartment located on the 4th floor with a view of the port and close to the train station and the city center. Unfortunately the weather conditions did not allow the use of the jacuzzi.
A negative point is the reduced surface area of the bathrooms, one of which is completely unsuitable and uncomfortable to use with the WC adjoining the sink. Difficult to use for a person with reduced mobility, which fortunately was not our case. Rather than having 2 bathrooms with 2 integrated WCs, it would be better to have a single shower room of sufficient surface area and 1 separate WC.

Ideally located residence.
Small, very pleasant patio type garden.

Well located accommodation in the city center. Need to use hotel parking. The accommodation is correct, certainly renovated, charming wooded park. A small downside regarding the cleanliness of the apartment.

Last year at the top ? welcome, cleanliness, parking, service and welcome
This year a disaster, poorly placed and flooded parking lot without rain (water leak) lack or no lighting in the aisles in the evening, a lot of problems in the accommodation: cleanliness, smell, noise from the unbearable air conditioning unit, cushion cover which smell bad,
No closure of the sink drain, the Vmc trapdoor that falls on us, the dirty curtains or stains
Hot water arriving late or not at all at certain times
In short, this residence needs urgent technical work, renovation of the exterior balcony corridors etc. and a cleaning team who does the job the cushions and sofa are also important for cleanliness
The word Prestige no longer at all reflects the image of this establishment that we experienced at the top, very unhappy with my stay

Residence very well located on the port of Antibes, very close to the heart of the city, pleasant, clean, very friendly staff. Apartment on the 4th floor, facing the port and Fort Vauban with a view of the snow-capped mountains behind Nice, TOP!! We will come back.
