We've stayed at this residence for several years in a row... it's very well located; the accommodations and bedding are very good...
However, the pools could use a little updating, and there were very few bubble jets in the large leisure pool this year. The atmosphere around the pool seems different every year depending on the lifeguard (even though it says "unsupervised swimming" ?)... this year everything is monitored and spied on... it's not very cool... a little flexibility would be appreciated (a child eating just a piece of fruit, a few dried fruits, isn't the same as eating steak and fries or pizza by the pool)... and on top of that, the strict, unfriendly, and rather curt remarks aren't the atmosphere we're looking for... so we go to the beach more often... it's less stressful.

Otherwise, the reception staff are super friendly and welcoming...

So, a very good hotel. The receptionists are super friendly, but in this case, the pool attendants must have thought they were shareholders because some of the comments were unnecessary.

Indeed, some of the guests' behavior is unacceptable, but we don't need to be timed on the sun loungers. Even public pools aren't this annoying.

We had a very pleasant stay, mainly due to the location right in the heart of Antibes, a stone's throw from the old town and opposite the Vauban port. The aquatic area is superb; the pools are very pleasant and well-maintained. It's worth noting the presence of a lifeguard at all times. Contrary to previous reviews, we had no trouble finding sun loungers as they are very popular. The residence itself is beautiful inside, with lovely landscaping. We had a comfortable and spacious two-bedroom apartment that could accommodate six people. The only drawback of this residence, for those sensitive to noise, is its central location, surrounded by roads. Depending on your apartment, you may be affected. Our disappointment stemmed from the location, as we had requested a preferred location with garden-facing rooms several months in advance, and we received the exact opposite. At reception, we were told they had done everything they could! I think that if a customer requests a specific location months in advance (not an exact one, just a preference), I don't think that fulfilling that request means doing everything possible! Otherwise, we weren't too bothered by the noise, but the view from our terrace wasn't lovely, and it was on the first floor when we had requested a higher floor!

The parking is very convenient, located under the residence, but it could be free considering the very high rates during the summer months. To sum up, the location and the pool are great, the accommodations are good and in line with Pierre & Vacances standards, but customer service could be improved with a focus on satisfaction and continuous improvement.

are already looking forward to returning next summer.
