We stayed 6 nights because we couldn't stay longer for personal reasons.
To our surprise, we paid more for parking for 6 nights than for 7, which didn't seem right. When we mentioned it at reception, we were told we had to stay 7 nights to pay less, fine.

The accommodation was modern, but quite dirty, including the baby kit. Luckily, we had brought wipes.
The shower grout was yellow, which made it look very dirty.
Some of the furniture was rusty and stained.
However, the price was very affordable in the off-season, the accommodation was ideally located, and the bedding was good quality.

The residence is very well located, close to the SNCF train station, near the port, close to pedestrian streets, a few minutes' walk from a small beach and on the other side, from the Provençal market which takes place every day, a small shop is a 5-minute walk from the residence.

A very pleasant residence in an exceptional location with all amenities within a few minutes' walk.
Beautiful living room, complemented by a terrace with a bay window opening fully onto the garden and pool. A gym would be a welcome addition.
The staff is lovely and very helpful.

A very pleasant residence, all the staff are wonderful, very attentive and very friendly. Beautiful view of the port of Antibes and the Fort Carré. In addition, the town center, its pedestrian streets, its small artisan shops, and the nearby cinema all contribute to the enjoyment of the stay. We come regularly to this Pierre & Vacances residence.

A perfect stay, a large and unexpectedly beautiful terrace with a sea view, and a welcome worthy of a 4-star hotel.
