We had a very pleasant stay, mainly due to the location right in the heart of Antibes, a stone's throw from the old town and opposite the Vauban port. The aquatic area is superb; the pools are very pleasant and well-maintained. It's worth noting the presence of a lifeguard at all times. Contrary to previous reviews, we had no trouble finding sun loungers as they are very popular. The residence itself is beautiful inside, with lovely landscaping. We had a comfortable and spacious two-bedroom apartment that could accommodate six people. The only drawback of this residence, for those sensitive to noise, is its central location, surrounded by roads. Depending on your apartment, you may be affected. Our disappointment stemmed from the location, as we had requested a preferred location with garden-facing rooms several months in advance, and we received the exact opposite. At reception, we were told they had done everything they could! I think that if a customer requests a specific location months in advance (not an exact one, just a preference), I don't think that fulfilling that request means doing everything possible! Otherwise, we weren't too bothered by the noise, but the view from our terrace wasn't lovely, and it was on the first floor when we had requested a higher floor!

The parking is very convenient, located under the residence, but it could be free considering the very high rates during the summer months. To sum up, the location and the pool are great, the accommodations are good and in line with Pierre & Vacances standards, but customer service could be improved with a focus on satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Secure parking, nice courtyard with a lovely pool and great location in Antibes. We have been here almost every summer for over 20 years and
are already looking forward to returning next summer.

No luxury and some of the apartments are in original condition and would require a complete renovation. The kitchen is very impractical and even preparing breakfast starts to get annoying if you stay longer. Great location and great swimming pools that are ruined by completely ridiculous rules. Swimming rings, balls, jumping off the edges and generally all children's fun is prohibited and the lifeguards are really strict. Don't imagine taking a can of soda to a sun lounger, but go and drink it in secret. The children had non-slip swimming slippers, the lifeguard didn't believe what they said and wanted to check each child individually. So it's not suitable for relaxing with children. The pool areas could very well be divided so that one can have floats and the other can't, etc.

In the heart of the city. Very close to the train station. Warm welcome and spacious apartment. The team is fantastic and very attentive.
