We stayed in this residence from February 18 to 25, 2023. Even if it could use a good refresh, everything was clean when we arrived, with very complete equipment. Very pleasant staff, at our service and who give us all the necessary information on the residence and the resort. moreover, the residence is particularly well located in the heart of the resort.

The residence is very large (10 floors with about fifty apartments per floor) and therefore welcomes a lot of people. We were 3 (2 adults, 1 child aged 5) and we rented an apartment for 5 people. The description of the equipment (microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and surface area is in line with reality. The receptionists are all warm and the apartment was clean when we arrived.
The underground car park (which does not belong to PV and which requires a supplement) has direct access to the building.
However, the residence is aging and very poorly soundproofed. The paintings, sanitary facilities and curtains of the apartment we rented have recently been brought up to date, but the furniture used (threaded sofa and furniture very marked by time) and mismatched (yellow, brown, natural wood color) gives an impression of unfinished renovation. In addition, it is surprising to have carpeting on the floor in accommodation that welcomes animals. The ski lockers are small and access to the slopes is not very easy with a child who is new to skiing.
Given the weekly rates charged, the whole is rather disappointing and we will not return to this residence.

Very warm welcome when we arrived.

An exorbitant price, we step on it, inappropriate storage for 5 people. We cannot have access to the balcony once the children's beds are unfolded, nor even open the curtain of our bedroom to have a minimum of light.
