I had a pleasant stay at this establishment.

A big thank you to Alina who was able to respond to my requests.?
The staff encountered in the residence are very friendly.??

The apartment's kitchen is almost better equipped than some studios (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner hob, oven, fridge-freezer)?

In the rooms you can really sleep in total darkness if you close the shutters and the blackout curtain ??

The only thing I can criticize for me is that there is a bathtub and not a shower, it's a personal opinion which is also just a practical and safety question.☺️

The balcony with deckchairs and table overlooking the port ??

The common areas are cleaned regularly (even if people lack life skills)

For parking it must be reserved but subject to availability.

The apartment has air conditioning.

The residence has a swimming pool with a solarium

We have been in Altea Beach apartments for several years now, and it is always a pleasure to return and enjoy the quiet environment and the views that this beautiful accommodation offers you. I highlight the good cleanliness and especially the reception team, Alina and Miguel provide you with everything you need and their professionalism and kindness make you have a perfect stay. Without hesitation we will return next year.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment.
The bedrooms and living room, renovated, were comfortable, the
quality mattress. The bathroom and kitchen were a little old, but still quite functional and clean.
A few kitchen utensils were missing when we arrived, but after requesting them they were provided very quickly.
Small downside for the kitchen: the fridge was a little old and noisy, which bothered us slightly.
The terrace had a great view and was spacious, but the small table was not suitable for 5 people, making it difficult to eat together outside.

The team there was extraordinary: Alina, another young man at reception, as well as Darlène ❤️, the housekeeper, and Jorge, the maintenance man, were all very kind and helpful. We really appreciated their great kindness and availability.

The major point to know for me concerns the parking: you have to use a freight elevator to access the parking space, and the latter is quite small. We had difficulty getting our car with a roof box into it, which forced us to empty the trunk in double file in the street, due to lack of space.
I recommend reserving parking and providing the size of your vehicle.

Despite this detail, we really enjoyed our stay, and especially the view.

Nous sommes enchantés que vous ayez trouvé les chambres et le salon rénovés confortables, ainsi que les matelas de qualité. Il est formidable que vous ayez apprécié la terrasse spacieuse offrant une vue magnifique sur la marina et la Méditerranée, conforme à la description de notre aparthotel.

Néanmoins, nous regrettons que certains ustensiles de cuisine aient manqué à votre arrivée et que le réfrigérateur ait perturbé votre tranquillité. Nous comprenons que ces détails sont importants et nous nous excusons pour le désagrément causé. En outre, pour la petite table sur la terrasse, nous prenons note de votre remarque et réfléchissons à des solutions pour améliorer le confort des repas en plein air pour nos hôtes. Concernant le stationnement, nous sommes conscients que l'accès au parking peut s'avérer délicat avec des véhicules de grandes tailles et nous recommandons à nos futurs visiteurs de nous informer à l'avance de leurs besoins spécifiques en matière de stationnement.

Enfin, nous tenons à exprimer notre gratitude pour vos aimables mots concernant notre personnel. Alina, Darlène, Jorge et toute l'équipe sont sincèrement touchés par votre reconnaissance de leur dévouement et leur service attentionné.

The terrace overlooking Greenwich Harbor is priceless. It is our second year and the apartments have improved. In any case, I cannot stop insisting to the Management of Pierre et Vacances that they have to improve the bathrooms (screen and shower tray) so that the apartment goes from being outstanding.
Ahh and special mention of Alina, a receptionist who helps you with everything.

Nos complace enormemente que haya disfrutado de las vistas desde la terraza y de las mejoras realizadas en los apartamentos. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un entorno acogedor y actualizado, donde cada detalle cuenta, desde la cocina bien equipada hasta el alquiler gratuito de equipamiento como planchas y tablas de planchar.

Sin embargo, lamentamos que los baños no hayan cumplido completamente con sus expectativas. Apreciamos sus sugerencias y estamos siempre atentos a cómo podemos mejorar la experiencia en nuestros apartamentos. Tenga por seguro que tomamos nota de sus comentarios para futuras renovaciones y mejoras.
