This is the first time in my life that I've encountered a hotel/apartment hotel where I have to make my own bed. It's also a hotel policy that you must remove the sheets before leaving and take the trash to a trash can in the basement.

Furthermore, the bed was a rather uncomfortable sofa bed.

And the parking lot is uncovered and unsupervised. Anyone can enter, as it's open to pedestrians 24 hours a day.

When I rented I thought it was really good.. the photos are very misleading!!! for something of quality with a swimming pool as well as the price it is exorbitant in addition 10 € parking per night!!! the location is very very good.. but above all pay for parking in addition a piece of advice!! do not leave your car outside!!! the bedding is a sofa with bumps not at all comfortable back pain in the morning when you wake up! very very but then very noisy in a busy street plus people who leave at 5am, 6am and well you are woken up there is no respect and I did not see any instructions

Stayed on the 1st floor (ground floor of reception): very well-maintained residence, quiet, friendly welcome, small pool, very well located in St. Servan (shops nearby, beach nearby, 20-minute walk from the city center).
But...
The sofa bed is HORRIBLE. Squeaks at the slightest movement, thin and soft mattress, sleepless nights and guaranteed back pain ?. Since it was in bed position all week, why not add a real double bed? That's what's stopping me from giving it 5 stars.
