The location is a 10-minute drive from the center. The pool was nice and well-heated. We received a warm welcome from the staff. The terrace is small for four people, but sufficient for two. We had a pleasant stay, thank you! The only downside is the €10 private parking fee… the car is safe, but it adds an extra charge. However, the property remains secure thanks to the access codes at the entrance and the parking barriers.

Easy to find location, not far from the old town

Given climate change, even in Brittany, we will need to consider investing in fans.

Soundproofing not great. We could hear our neighbors' conversation very clearly and had to endure the smell of cigarettes!

We had an excellent week's stay at this very well-located residence (just steps from shops, the beach, restaurants, and bus stops, making it easy to get around the different parts of Saint-Malo, a very spread-out city). While the residence may seem a little dated at first glance, it is very well maintained, has private parking (at a very reasonable price), and a lovely heated swimming pool that is impeccably clean (the maintenance worker is also very friendly and welcoming). Check-in was also particularly pleasant, with lots of personalized advice about local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this residence for visiting Saint-Malo and the surrounding area.
