A 30-minute walk from the center. Basic but functional structure.

We stayed for a week in a studio.
Perfect welcome.
The studio was very well-appointed and very well-equipped.
The bedding was acceptable for a week.
The housekeeping was excellent upon our arrival.
Intra Muros is a 20-minute walk away, which is very convenient during the high season.
We will definitely return.

Excellent location and very quiet residence.

Not a very relaxing stay, rather noisy residence, doors constantly slamming, plus our studio on the 3rd floor was on the side of Protet Street. Uncomfortable bedding, a simple sofa bed and duvet, rather questionable cleanliness. Paid parking. Otherwise the city of Saint Malo is very beautiful, as is the region. Rennes Cathedral is magnificent.

I recommend the team is perfect the studios are clean and in a very pleasant residence
