A very warm welcome from the friendly staff. A small but pleasant swimming pool is available. The building is aging but fairly well maintained.

Parking is €6.50 per day.

Board games are available at reception.

Regarding the rooms, the beds and cleaning are self-service.

The room consists of a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress topper, fine for a few nights but not longer, and a mezzanine with two beds. The bathroom is adequate, and soap is provided.

The location is excellent: close to the sea, restaurants, and all amenities. It's within walking distance of the city walls (approximately 20 minutes) or accessible by bus.

The location is a 10-minute drive from the center. The pool was nice and well-heated. We received a warm welcome from the staff. The terrace is small for four people, but sufficient for two. We had a pleasant stay, thank you! The only downside is the €10 private parking fee… the car is safe, but it adds an extra charge. However, the property remains secure thanks to the access codes at the entrance and the parking barriers.

Easy to find location, not far from the old town

Given climate change, even in Brittany, we will need to consider investing in fans.

Ideal location near the city center.

Pleasant welcome. Very nice pool. A refresh would be a plus.

Soundproofing not great. We could hear our neighbors' conversation very clearly and had to endure the smell of cigarettes!
