The property is conveniently located (15 minutes from Saint-Malo's old town). The room was completely inadequate for a family of four. The double bed is a sofa bed. The bunk beds for the children were extremely small and had extremely hard mattresses. The beds weren't made (we had to make our own), and they gave us clean towels, but they were still wet. The room was in the basement and dimly lit. The facilities (pool and games room) have very limited hours (10am-7pm), and reception closes at 8pm. That said, the property is in a good location and clean.

Great welcome, swimming pool and games room for children, not far from the train station and the sea

Perfect residence for enjoying Saint-Malo and its surroundings, located just a 20-minute walk from the walled city of Saint-Malo. Very accessible by public transport as well. The studio was very clean and functional. A nice bonus was the water fountain available in the building's lobby, and every evening there was a food truck offering affordable prices.

Nice little pool, 5 minutes from shops, 20 minutes walk to the city center (buses are also available). The apartment is a bit dated, the bedding needs replacing, and the mattress topper prevents the sofa bed from folding up. There's a small balcony for two. Beautiful residence and excellent location, top-notch welcome.
