The rooms could use some updating, but everything is very well maintained and clean.

Definitely recommended for short stays.

The residence is well located in relation to the town center and the beach, and includes parking.

The residence is ideally located and the staff are pleasant; however, the apartment was outdated (dirty fridge, poorly washed dishes, uncomfortable beds, bathroom faucet practically ripped off). I don't understand how anyone could rent out a place in this condition. Furthermore, as is still the case with many P&V properties, the furniture is unsuitable. The chairs are heavy and noisy, resulting in constant disturbances from the neighbors late at night or early in the morning. At this price point, the amenities need to be reviewed.

Very good, with a major advantage being the parking. Convenient with a City Market right outside the building and very easy access to the beach.
The room was a bit small.
They accept dogs, which is a plus.
