The location is excellent, I've never had such a quiet room, air conditioning, bike storage. I'm waiting to give a full review, but it's really good. The only downside is the steep hill!

For me, it doesn't deserve three stars. The cleaning wasn't great, there was mold on the grout in the shower, the front door doesn't close properly with a gap between the door and the frame, and the same goes for the living room window. The bedding was just okay.
