A friendly and central location for shopping, the beach, and the fish market. Especially during the Saint John festival and music festival. The city is becoming pedestrianized.
Negative note: Modernize the kitchen by installing more economical induction cooktops. And at least have two pans for cooking.
Otherwise, a friendly place with attentive staff.

Beautiful housing and leisure complex. A few small touches could improve the expected service (given the price paid), such as:
- Providing an electric barbecue (small appliance) instead of having to rent it.
- Checking the appliances before tenants arrive.
- The prices and quality/quantity of the meals ordered.

Perfect location. Well-equipped apartment.

The quality has dropped, now they charge you for outdoor parking and the reception doesn't serve as it should.

We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and helpful, and they offered us some must-see attractions in Saint-de-Luz.
The apartment was pleasant and comfortable, with very comfortable bedding.
The residence is really well located, 200 meters from the city center, practically in the heart of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
