A very warm welcome and a well-laid-out double studio. There was a small problem upon arrival with the heating and hot water not working, but this was quickly resolved by the Rostagne staff. Located on the 4th floor, with a sunny terrace overlooking the sea and a pleasant view of Juan-les-Pins and the ocean. However, we would book something a bit larger next time with a separate bedroom. The parking area is rather small.

Stay from December 20th to 28th, 2025 – 2 adults, 2 children (3 and 5 years old)

Positive points:

Ideal location, close to shops and the beach. However, be aware that there are quite a few hills if you're walking.

Clean, functional, and well-maintained accommodation.

Pleasant view: we chose a sea-facing apartment, which was very enjoyable.

Negative points:

The building is rather dated and could use some updating.

The elevator is very slow and sometimes worrying; a replacement would be desirable.

Average soundproofing. We were there during the winter holidays, so there weren't many people, but on the last day we heard a child running and shouting until after 11 pm. I imagine it could be difficult during the summer when the building is full.

The swimming pool (closed during our stay) is shared between several buildings. Given its layout, it must be very busy in the summer, which doesn't make us want to return at that time of year.

The welcome was mixed: the receptionist with long brown hair who greeted us on the first day didn't seem very engaged. Having already checked in online, we received no explanation, and the entry code wasn't even provided; we had to ask for it. Furthermore, the lack of response to our greetings in the following days was rather unpleasant. It's clearly not the reception that will bring us back.

In conclusion: We will return nonetheless, but certainly not in the summer. During quieter periods, especially in winter, the value for money is really good. I was expecting worse based on some reviews, but in the end, the stay was acceptable.

Pleasant and functional apartment in a quiet location. However, parking outside was very difficult. The building and surroundings were clean. The welcome was pleasant.
