positive point: location (near the beach), cleanliness of the apartment, rapid intervention of the technical service.
negative point: lack of cleanliness of common areas (corridors), slow elevator and excessive heat in the corridors

The stay was perfect. The location is optimal, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need on vacation. There is free wifi. The internet connection is great. The staff is very friendly. We were very satisfied and we will come back.

Ideal location: 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from the nautical club. Very well equipped apartment, very comfortable closet bed.

Quite nice residence.
The only downside; the noise pollution due to lack of insulation as well as the cleaning of the apartments and the friendliness of the customers and staff quite mediocre.
Vintage but functional accommodation. (Be careful of the fridge which heats up)
Otherwise very good location, easy access to the seaside, shops nearby.
The residence has a “games” room with board games available as well as a table football which can be useful in case of bad weather.
Washing machine also available during the day - reasonable price.
Not worth the price at all when you pay full price for the rental.
