Alright

Positive points =
- very well located, close to the train station, the beach, amenities…
- Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom
- private but paid parking space
- heartwarming welcome

Negative points :
- extra bunk beds for two teenagers (17-15 years old) narrow and located behind the front door and opposite the toilets => very loud smells and noises from corridors and elevators.
- passable bedding
- very technical garage entry for large sedans (a few maneuvers for those used to driving)
- Noisy air conditioning

This is the 4th time we have come, and always delighted with the location and the services and friendliness of Marléne receptionist and Olivier maintenance technician. Beach 2 minutes away as well as the train station and other services....

Residence 30 seconds from the beach and quiet. Everything is nearby: sea, bistros, restaurants, casino, seaport, marina, health walk, museums, stations, shops, supermarkets, hairdressers and beauty salons, beauticians, etc.
