Top-notch staff!
Ideal location (nearby sea, nearby train station, city center, quiet street).
Comfortable bedding.
Spotlessly clean.
Well-equipped studio.
Access to the bathtub/shower may be a little difficult for the elderly or those with mobility issues due to the height of the rim. The same goes for the very low toilet.
Otherwise, I recommend it.

Quiet residence, very well located, allowing you to do everything on foot. 50m from the sea, 300m from shops. Paid garage: a plus. Laundry facilities are appreciated for long stays. Towel and bed linen changes are offered during your stay, very pleasant.
We chose a 6-person apartment overlooking the courtyard, no regrets, the bedroom and sofa are very comfortable.
Ideal for 4 people, as there are two children's bunk beds in the hallway, behind the front door, with a toilet opposite the beds, which isn't very convenient in terms of location ?.
Dishwasher ?. No oven, just a combination microwave.
The only slight drawback was the 10+ minute wait at reception when we arrived, as the lady, on the phone for a personal call, completely ignored us.
Very pleasant housekeeping staff.
