very good value for money

Very good (location, proximity to amenities and shops, apartment equipment, quality of bedding...).
The only downside is the condition of the hallways and staircases. They're still a bit dated, but this should improve as the ongoing renovations progress.

Ideally located, parking space available for reservation, and the reception staff were excellent.

Well-equipped and comfortable residence close to transport and located in the city centre. Currently undergoing renovation.

Super practical Studio room with lots of closet space, kitchen cupboard and dishwasher. We were very satisfied, it was nice and quiet here. The place is a bit worn out but everything works
