Ideally located in the city center, very close to the train station and the pedestrian street and especially the beach.
50€ for underground parking but obligatory since there are never places to park outside in the whole city...On the other hand you should not come with a limousine because it is quite tight to park!
Elevator to access the 4 floors.
Room equipped with air conditioning...that's almost essential in summer!
Very well equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery...
Foldable bed with thick mattress of average quality but sufficient to sleep well.
Small terrace with 2 chairs...nice for a last drink alone in the evening in the fresh air.
Access to the bathtub is a little high...An Italian shower would have been better suited.
Small problem with the fridge door and a burnt out light bulb in the room but resolved very quickly during our absence the next morning... Hats off to the after-sales service!!
In the end, good value for money...To see!
Only downside: Before coming we called several times outside reception opening hours, each time we left a voice message but we were never called back.

20 out of 20 nothing to complain about

We (4 - 2 adults + 2 children) only stayed 1 night. Great telephone reception when booking. Late arrival instructions are sent by email. Rather clean building and room. for us it was suitable for 1 night. A bit expensive for my taste especially when you arrive late and have to make all the beds. Otherwise overall very decent.

Apartment located in the city center, everything is within walking distance, it’s great! On the other hand, a few downsides reported at reception: the electric shutter which does not work, the towel rack unhooked from the bathroom door, the baseboards in poor condition... Satisfied for the price we paid (promotion on Veepee ) but we would have been disappointed if we had paid full price.
