Correct residential setting, accommodation close to the city center. We appreciated the standard of the bedding. Obsolete, but spotlessly clean, accommodation and common areas. The only downside, a 17-inch TV, much too small ? poorly tuned and no channel matched, ideal starting point for vacations in Mercantour.

Ideal location, everything done on foot ?

Stay from August 23 to 30, 2024. 4 people in 2 studios No. 225 and No. 227 on the 2nd floor, very quiet.
* Old building deserves 2* not 3*, very well located, close to everything. (shops, train station, beach, restaurants, market...etc.) Well equipped (garage, laundry, elevator, air conditioning...etc.) Kitechette sufficiently equipped with functional household appliances.
Very welcoming and attentive staff.
* No toiletries in bathroom, used, pierced sheets and towels.

Clean, quiet and very well located residence.
