Nice residence, magnificent terrace

Residence, very well located, quiet, place, very peaceful. Indeed, a renovation would be welcome... we still had a great time! We were received by a very charming young man who was able to meet all our expectations (Jonathan) and will be happy to come back between the renovations being carried out..

We arrived on August 19, 2023 for one week. Apartment not clean. Forced to clean up when you arrive, wash the dishes and clean the coffee maker. Black VMC in the bathroom and not working. Accommodation not isolated, we can hear the other tenants, the gate can be opened 24 hours a day and is very noisy. Price level it is expensive for what it is. No swimming pool for 2 days due to pump not working. For cleaning you have to check with the cleaning lady because she is rubbish. For me it has been a long time since this has been done.
Work (redoing the floor, furniture complaints in the kitchen area and the bathroom) in the rentals is to be expected and above all putting in air conditioning because it is unlivable with this heat (40 degrees outside). I do not recommend this residence at all
