Weeks before arriving, I specified that I did not want to have a studio at the level of the street lamps on the road side (they light up all night and wanting to sleep on the sofas with a view of the mountains it is impossible to see the view because of the glare from the street lights). I come every year. Upon check-in, I am told that this is the only studio left: a studio on level 1 with literally the road in front of the accommodation. Allan the great receptionist allowed us to have an upgrade (not free obviously) to the 8th floor with balcony. Fortunately because there were nights where drunk people were singing and fighting...around 3 a.m. and not just one night.

Disastrous apartment we booked for a double bed we found ourselves with a trundle bed a radiator is burnt and does not work the dishwasher was not emptied on our arrival the cleaning was not done there is also a lack of kitchen utensils and some are broken the rental of the apartment is false it does not reflect reality.
€2000 for the week hurts!
To flee !!! Normally Maeva is rather a guarantee of quality

Already stayed at this establishment in 2018 with a perfectly compliant apartment for 3 adults. Back this year: non-compliant property for 5 people and in a state of cleanliness that really leaves something to be desired. The staff on site made a lot of effort to correct what they could but were unable to give us a compliant apartment. Please note: Maeva (for us) and Pierre et vacances share the management of this establishment.
Very disappointing for. We will look for another place to live next time...
