Our complexes are all located in top Alps ski resorts. Premium Residence Arc 1950 Le Village is a ski-in ski-out facility. The luxury apartments all include a balcony or terrace. A Deep Nature Spa is available on site to relax after a hard day on the slopes ! Premium Residence Les Terrasses d'Eos is located in Flaine. It is also a ski-in ski-out facility, less than 10 minutes from the centre of the resort. The complex includes a fitness room, outdoor heated pool, indoor whirlpool, sauna and hammam. Residence Saskia Falaise is located in Avoriaz, a resort that belongs to the ski are "les portes du soleil". The residence is ski-in ski out and located near aquariaz, the largest water park in the mountains.
