Nice location, however the bedding has been so worn out... 2 nights not 3... a sofa bed that creaks at the slightest movement, turning over in the bed is a horror and wakes everyone up. No offer of travel cot for children <2 years old.
And finding your vehicle with a door knock in the private parking lot paid 10th per night.. wasn't that to be safe?

Family stay 2 adults 2 children, 2 nights.
Top location close to intra muros and close to shops and external excursions. Barely 5 minutes by bike from intra muros and the surrounding beaches.
The small but efficient studios allow you to sleep relatively comfortably and even cook on site with the small, fully equipped kitchen area (even a dishwasher). Ideal for nights when you're out on your bike every day like us.
The services are top notch and the 2 ladies who welcomed us are extremely friendly and helpful (remarkable these days).
Sufficient and private parking.
I recommend this ideal residence for family holidays in the ST MALO area and surrounding areas.

We stopped there for one night and found a nice little room with a sofa bed which is the only bed and a little hard on the back but for one night it's very good the plus would have been free parking
